    Filing

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 94

    Rule 9407. Filing. Every application for admission to practice,
    together with all the papers submitted thereon, upon its final
    disposition by the appellate division shall be filed in the office of
    the clerk of such appellate division.
