    SECTION 9803

    Place of trial of actions and proceedings against villages

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 98

    § 9803. Place of trial of actions and proceedings against villages.
    The place of trial of all actions and proceedings against a village or
    any of its officers or boards shall be the county in which the village
    is situated.
