    SECTION 96

    Waiver of rights

    Civil Service (CVS) CHAPTER 7, ARTICLE 7, TITLE A

    § 96. Waiver of rights. No public officer nor any employee acting for
    a public officer shall require a candidate for employment to sign any
    document whereby such candidate for employment waives any right or
    rights accruing to him under this chapter.
