    Filing and effect of referees' report

    Debtor & Creditor (DCD) CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE 7

    § 182. Filing and effect of referees' report. The report of the
    referees shall be filed in the same office where the order for their
    appointment was entered, and shall be conclusive on the rights of the
    parties, if not set aside by the court.
