Debtor & Creditor (DCD) CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE 7
§ 209. Hearing. On the day appointed for such hearing, and on such
other days as shall from time to time be appointed, if it shall appear
that notice was duly published, the court shall proceed to hear the
proofs and allegations of the parties.
