    SECTION 216

    Payment of expense of renunciation

    Debtor & Creditor (DCD) CHAPTER 12, ARTICLE 7

    § 216. Payment of expense of renunciation. The expense of all
    proceedings in effecting such renunciation and assignment, shall be paid
    by the trustee making the application.
