Powers and duties of new trustee

§ 218. Powers and duties of new trustee. The trustee appointed in the
place of the trustee so removed shall in all respects have the like
powers and authority, and be subject to the same control, obligations
and responsibilities as the trustee originally appointed; and the
appointment of such trustee shall be certified and recorded as the
original appointment was required to be recorded.
