Voting by residents of certain facilities
Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 31
§ 1501-c. Voting by residents of certain facilities. Notwithstanding
any provision of this title to the contrary, the provisions of section
8-407 of the election law shall apply to all elections conducted
pursuant to this title by a school district. The board of elections of
the city or county in which a school district is located shall provide
for the implementation of the provisions of this section.
