    SECTION 1514

    Property of districts consolidated

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 31

    § 1514. Property of districts consolidated. When two or more
    districts shall be consolidated into one, the new district shall succeed
    to all the rights of property possessed by the annulled districts.
