Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 41, PART 1
§ 2029. Poll list. A poll list containing the name and legal
residence of every person whose vote shall be received shall be kept by
the clerk and the assistant clerk or clerks of the meeting or election.
