    Terms of officers of newly created district

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 43, PART 1

    § 2106. Terms of officers of newly created district. The terms of all
    officers other than trustees elected at the first meeting of a newly
    created district shall expire on the first Tuesday of May, next
    thereafter.
