    SECTION 2115

    Notice of appointment to fill vacancy and filing thereof

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 43, PART 1

    § 2115. Notice of appointment to fill vacancy and filing thereof.
    Every appointment to fill a vacancy shall be forthwith filed, by the
    district superintendent or trustees making it, in the office of the
    district clerk, who shall immediately give notice of the appointment to
    the person appointed.
