    SECTION 3019

    Penalty for teacher's failure to complete contract

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 4, ARTICLE 61

    § 3019. Penalty for teacher's failure to complete contract. Any
    failure on the part of a teacher to complete an agreement to teach a
    term of school without good reason therefor shall be deemed sufficient
    ground for the revocation of the teacher's certificate.
