    Teachers responsible for record books

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 4, ARTICLE 61

    § 3024. Teachers responsible for record books. School lists and
    accounts of attendance shall be kept and prepared and entries shall be
    made in regards thereto, in such manner, as shall be prescribed by the
    commissioner of education by regulation or otherwise.
