    SECTION 347

    Violations

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 1, ARTICLE 7-A

    § 347. Violations. Any test agency which violates any section of this
    article shall be liable for a civil penalty of not more than one
    thousand dollars for each violation.
