    SECTION 348

    Severability

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 1, ARTICLE 7-A

    § 348. Severability. If any provision of this article shall be
    declared unconstitutional or invalid, the other provisions shall remain
    in effect notwithstanding.
