    SECTION 3710

    Application of moneys

    Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 5, ARTICLE 75

    § 3710. Application of moneys. Such moneys shall be held by such
    collector or treasurer and paid upon the written order of the trustee or
    board of education of the district for such purposes as the annual or a
    special meeting of the district shall direct.
