    Applicability

    Eminent Domain Procedure (EDP) CHAPTER 73, ARTICLE 1

    § 104. Applicability. The eminent domain procedure law shall be
    uniformly applied to any and all acquisitions by eminent domain of real
    property within the state of New York.
