Assistance of other agencies
Elder (ELD) CHAPTER 35-A, ARTICLE 2, TITLE 1
§ 211. Assistance of other agencies. To effectuate the purposes of
this title, the director may request from any department, division,
board, bureau, commission or other agency of the state or of any
political subdivision thereof, and the same are authorized to provide,
such facilities, assistance and data, as will enable the office properly
to exercise its powers and perform its duties hereunder.
