Use of airmail
Election (ELN) CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE 11, TITLE 2
§ 11-214. Use of airmail. All ballots, applications, notices or other
mail sent, pursuant to the provisions of this title, to addresses
outside the United States, Canada or Mexico, shall be sent by airmail.
