    SECTION 3-103

    Conformance with state energy policy

    Energy (ENG) CHAPTER 17-A, ARTICLE 3

    § 3-103. Conformance with state energy policy. Every agency of the
    state shall conduct its affairs so as to conform to the state energy
    policy expressed in this chapter.
