    SECTION 11-1505

    Open seasons, size and catch limits and manner of taking and possession of fish; regulations

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 11, TITLE 15

    § 11-1505. Open seasons, size and catch limits and manner of taking and

    possession of fish; regulations.

    The department may fix by regulation the manner of taking fish with
    nets and other devices including but not limited to open seasons, size
    and catch limits and manner of possession and transportation.
