    SECTION 11-1519

    Vessels to carry employees of department

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 11, TITLE 15

    § 11-1519. Vessels to carry employees of department.

    Any person operating a boat used in taking fish shall permit
    conservation officers or other employees of the department to board it
    and inspect its contents and shall carry such persons for the purpose of
    inspecting nets or taking fish eggs.
