    Sale of trees, timber and other products

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 11, TITLE 23

    § 11-2305. Sale of trees, timber and other products.

    Sale of trees, timber and other products sold by the department
    pursuant to subdivision 2 of section 11-2101 shall be conducted as
    provided in section 9-0505 of this chapter.
