    Cooperation clause

    Environmental Conservation (ENV) CHAPTER 43-B, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 27

    § 15-2719. Cooperation clause.

    The commissioner and agency shall cooperate with each other and
    coordinate their activities with respect to their respective
    jurisdictions over the designated rivers within the Adirondack park to
    ensure compliance for the general criteria and management objectives set
    forth in this part.
