* § 17-1737. Legal construction and limitations; riparian owners.
Nothing in titles 15 and 17 of this article shall be construed to
diminish or otherwise to modify the common law rights of riparian owners
in the quality of waters of streams covered by such rights, nor in the
case of actions brought against the pollution of waters to limit their
remedy to indemnities.
