§ 969. Limitations on the regulation of hunting, fishing and
recreational activities. Nothing in this article shall be interpreted to
authorize the regulation of hunting, fishing, trapping, possession of
wildlife or other recreational activities in the reserve, except as
otherwise provided by law.
