    Affect on other laws

    Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 46

    * § 970. Affect on other laws. Nothing in this article shall affect
    the police powers, local planning powers, zoning powers or authority to
    regulate any activity by villages, towns or counties within the reserve
    or the police powers of the state to regulate any activity within the
    reserve or affect the authority of any state or public agency in the
    management of any state or public lands within the reserve.
