    Sequence of hearings

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 7, PART 4

    § 746. Sequence of hearings. Upon completion of the fact-finding
    hearing the dispositional hearing may commence immediately after the
    required findings are made.
