    SECTION 747

    Time of fact-finding hearing

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 7, PART 4

    § 747. Time of fact-finding hearing. A fact-finding hearing shall
    commence not more than three days after the filing of a petition under
    this article if the respondent is in pre-dispositional placement.
