Notice of assignment
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 12
§ 209-f. Notice of assignment. Upon the assignment of any name
registered as provided in this article, a written notice of such
assignment, subscribed and acknowledged by the assignor, may be filed in
each public office in which such name is registered, and thereupon the
assignee named therein shall be deemed to be the proprietor of such name
for all purposes of this article.
