    SECTION 389-O

    Safety glazing materials required

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 25-B

    § 389-o. Safety glazing materials required. It shall be unlawful
    within the state of New York to knowingly sell, fabricate, assemble,
    glaze, install, consent or cause to be installed glazing materials other
    than safety glazing materials in or for use in, any "hazardous
    locations".
