    Employees not covered

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 25-B

    § 389-p. Employees not covered. No liability under this article shall
    be created as to workmen who are employees of a contractor,
    subcontractor, or other employer responsible for compliance with the
    provisions of this article.
