Penalty
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 25-B
§ 389-q. Penalty. Violation of or noncompliance with the provisions of
this article shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less
than five hundred dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars or by
imprisonment for one year or by both.
