    Rules and regulations

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 36

    § 766. Rules and regulations. The public service commission shall
    adopt rules and regulations to implement and enforce the provisions of
    this article pursuant to section one hundred nineteen-b of the public
    service law.
