    SECTION 767

    Separability

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 36

    § 767. Separability. If any provision of this article or the
    application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the
    remainder of the article and the application of such provision to other
    persons or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.
