    Rules and regulations

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 39-BB

    § 875-h. Rules and regulations. The superintendent may promulgate such
    additional rules and regulations as the superintendent shall deem
    necessary to prevent firearms, rifles, and shotguns from being diverted
    from the legal stream of commerce.
