    SECTION 875-I

    Violations

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 39-BB

    § 875-i. Violations. Any person, firm, or corporation who knowingly
    violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of a class A
    misdemeanor punishable as provided for in the penal law.
