    SECTION 89

    Inspection by industrial commissioner

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 7

    § 89. Inspection by industrial commissioner. All applications, papers
    and records on file in the department of state in connection therewith
    shall at all times be open for the inspection of the industrial
    commissioner of the department of labor and the persons in charge
    thereof shall afford every reasonable facility for their examination and
    permit copies to be made when required by the industrial commissioner.
