    Disposition of fees and other revenue

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 7

    § 89-a. Disposition of fees and other revenue. All fees and other
    moneys derived from the operation of this article shall on the fifth day
    of each month be paid by the department of state into the state
    treasury.
