General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 39-E
§ 899-o. Administrative penalty. The secretary of state may assess a
civil penalty against an athlete agent not to exceed twenty-five
thousand dollars for a violation of section eight hundred ninety-nine-l
of this article.
