    Uniformity of application and construction

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 39-E

    § 899-p. Uniformity of application and construction. In applying and
    construing this article in this state, consideration shall be given to
    the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject
    matter among states that enact it.
