    Bond and undertaking

    General Construction (GCN) CHAPTER 22, ARTICLE 2

    § 14. Bond and undertaking. A provision of law authorizing or requiring
    a bond to be given shall be deemed to have been complied with by the
    execution of an undertaking to the same effect.
