    Distinct parcel

    General Construction (GCN) CHAPTER 22, ARTICLE 2

    § 20-a. Distinct parcel. "Distinct parcel" of real property is a part
    of the property which is or may be set off by boundary lines as
    distinguished from an undivided share or interest therein.
