    Definitions

    General City (GCT) CHAPTER 21, ARTICLE 4

    § 40. Definitions. When used in this article, the words "employing or
    master plumber" shall mean a person having a regular place of business
    and who, by himself or journeymen plumbers in his employ, performs
    plumbing work.
