General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 6
§ 120-f. Contract; how executed. No municipality or district acting
jointly as herein provided shall be bound by any contract or agreement
unless such contract or agreement be signed and executed by a majority
of the local authorities of such municipality having care of sewerage in
such municipality or district.
