    SECTION 121

    Establishment and maintenance of free public baths

    General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 6

    § 121. Establishment and maintenance of free public baths. Any city,
    village or town may establish and maintain free public baths, and any
    city, village or town may appropriate of its funds for the purpose of
    establishing such free public baths.
