    Insurance of property

    General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 5

    § 78. Insurance of property. Public officers having by law the care
    and custody of the public buildings and other property of a municipal
    corporation, may insure the same at the expense and for the benefit of
    such corporation.
