General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 5
§ 99-a. Use of municipally operated dumping ground by another
municipality. One municipality may contract with any other municipality
for the use of a municipally operated public dump or dumping ground on
such terms as may be agreed upon.
