    SECTION 99-P

    Municipality, district corporation or school district as reciprocal insurer

    General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 5

    § 99-p. Municipality, district corporation or school district as
    reciprocal insurer. Any county, town, city, village, district
    corporation (as defined in paragraph three of section 2.00 of the local
    finance law), or school district and board of cooperative educational
    services, may become a subscriber to a municipal reciprocal insurer
    formed under article sixty-one of the insurance law.
